I have experience installing most types of software, from office suites to graphic and audio creation suites. If you need assistance with something specific that I don’t have experience with, I will point you in the right direction.
Please note: You must provide installation disks and registration information for any software you need installed.
Cost: Individual Software Installation $25 Flat Fee per Title
Cost: Software Suite Installation $50 Flat Fee per Suite
Advanced System Re-Installation
In many cases an Advanced System Re-Installation (i.e. re-installing Windows) is the best and most comprehensive solution. I begin by backing up all of the data on the hard drive. Next I format the drive and re-install the original operating system. This creates a clean environment we can place your personal data back onto. It contains no unneeded software or virus that can affect performance.
The Advanced System Re-Installation service includes:
- Backup of all existing data on the hard drive
- Restores email and contacts in their original folders
- Transfers music, picture and data files back to original folders
- Re-installs basic software like Adobe Reader, Flash, Java, and Virus Protection
- Installs all needed updates to the Microsoft Windows operating system
- Installs latest drivers for all hardware devices on the computer system
This service restores the optimal performance of your computer while retaining essential tools, data, and any customized changes, thus avoiding the tedious task of starting everything over from scratch.
